About The Association of Rehabilitation Nurses
The Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN) focuses on enhancing the quality of life for individuals who are affected by a disability. Through rehabilitation practices, education and advocacy, ARN works with their patients to set goals, returning that patient to their highest function level and working with that individual in a variety of settings including long-term facilities, educational settings and clinics. The Association of Rehabilitation Nurses recognizes the needs of their patients, but just as important, they recognize the needs of their community.
ARN’s mission is to promote rehabilitation nursing practices in order to enhance the lives of those who may have a disability or illness. They do this by offering professional services and educational opportunities, working towards improving the quality of healthcare.
